BSc. IN QUANTITY SURVEYING

Program Objectives

The BSc in Quantity Surveying will prepare the student for a successful career in Quantity Surveying and related fields. It will provide the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a professional surveyor. The objective is to provide students with a sound theoretical and practical base to enable them measure, value, cost and specify construction resources, and to become active players in the rational identification, utilization and control of resources within the construction industry. Graduates will be able to competently organize, control and manage the costing of projects. This includes building economics, contracts and construction law, construction technology, project management, etc.

Successful completion of the course will enable students work in many institutions including public & private sector organizations, global companies, international organizations, etc.
