Program Objectives

The objectives of the MSc in Healthcare Management to prepare students to apply leadership theory to healthcare settings and critically analyze and discuss a variety of case studies related to the healthcare sector.  Students will gain valuable insights and perspectives in a variety of healthcare settings across the globe.  The program prepares students to work effectively within the complex and dynamic environment of health and provides students with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills in an international context. The program provides graduates with the opportunity of working in a variety of management positions within healthcare in national and international environments. The program is appropriate for a variety of healthcare personnel who wish to develop their management knowledge and skills. Upon completion of the program graduates will be equipped to provide effective and innovative high-quality solutions to key contemporary issues in the dynamic healthcare sector. Graduates may also choose to pursue PhD studies in Healthcare
Management.
