Program Objectives

The MSc in Quantity Surveying (MSc QS) is a one-year, intensive postgraduate program designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and skills in construction cost management, project procurement, contract administration, and sustainable construction practices. The program is tailored for individuals seeking to advance their careers in the construction and property sectors, focusing on cost efficiency, financial control, and value engineering within the built environment.
