POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT (PGDM)

Program Objectives

The PGDM is a two-semester (1 year) program whose objectives are to provide students with the knowledge, skills, techniques, and competencies in the management of businesses and a variety of other organizations. Moreover, it is designed to develop management, leadership, and administration skills of students with relevant work experience and qualifications thus enabling them to gain more purposeful employment and make a difference in the work environment. It will help students with a degree (or equivalent qualification in management or related fields) and at least two years of professional work experience by enhancing their skills and knowledge in the private and public sectors.

Successful completion of the program will enable graduates to work in private, public, and a
diverse range of other organizations
