Graduate Diploma in Business Management (GDBM) Program

Program Objectives

The aim of the CASS Europe GDBM is to provide participants with graduate-level theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of business administration and management. The specific objective of this one-year (two semesters) program is to:

  1. Provide participants with a solid advanced-level theoretical grounding in business administration and management so as to enable them better prepare for a master’s level studies in the field.
  2. Provide participants with managerially relevant training in the field of business administration and management so as to enable them assume positions of responsibility at the mid management level in an organization.
    Following successful completion of the program participants can opt to further their studies at the Master’s degree level in business administration and management, assume positions of responsibility in an organization, or run their own businesses.

Participants are required to successfully complete a three-month company consultancy assignment or internship training in an organization. At the end of the consultancy assignment or internship training program participants must submit and orally defend the GDBM thesis based on their internship experience or consultancy assignment.
